Japan’s Daiwa House Industry, Taisei Team Up in Development in Hanoi

Japanese contractor Daiwa House Industry Co. and Taisei Corp. have established a joint venture to develop a multi-purpose complex comprising housing, offices and retails in the capital city of Vietnam with a total investment of 10 billion yen. In the first phase of the project slated to complete in June 2018, DT Development Vietnam will construct a serviced apartment building of 256 units.

The total 24,000m2 Vinata Towers Project is located in Cau Giay District in Hanoi, the newly developed area which is expected to see the growing number of Japanese expats. Taisei’s subsidiary VINATA International is responsible for design and construction. (2016/10/14)
